Hamby Street; project # 20-2012 Jennifer, I am currently reviewing the above referenced application and the following is required in order to complete the review: • The application indicates 756 square feet of Zone 1 impacts due to a parallel driveway. According to the table of uses, Zone 1 impacts for parallel driveway impacts are allowable with mitigation. Or for residential properties, Zone 1 impacts with necessary infrastructure is allowable with mitigation [15A NCAC 02B .0714 (10)(v)(w)]. • Please provide a statement of availability letter from a mitigation bank for 2,268 square feet of mitigation credits that is required for this project.
