I Dear Dr. Thorpe: This letter is in regards to the Individual Water Quality Certification No. 3455 v.4 issued November 4, 2010. Please note the changes listed below to stream and wetland impact totals in the text below and tables 1 and 2. Also please note the change to'condition 2. Compensatory mitigation for impacts to 1.07 acres of riverine wetlands will be conducted through on- site mitigation. See table 3 below for tracking of wetland mitigation credits. The pemnttee shall comply with the on-site wetland mitigation plan submitted on July 30, 2004 dated received August 4, 2004. All on-site mitigation sites shall be protected in perpetuity by a conservation easement or through NCDOT fee simple acquisition and recorded in the NCDOT Natural Environment Unit mitigation geodatabase.
