Mitigation for Site 2 (0.21 ac) will be debited at a 1:1 ratio from the 2.74 acres of onsite riparian
wetland restoration leaving a balance of 2.53 acres. Of these 2.53 acres, 1.05 acres in the 2004 permit
was dedicated to mitigating wetland impacts to the project [(2.74 ac - 1.05 ac - 0.21 ac)]. The

be rescinded.
