Proposed maintenance excavation of existing stream channel of
White Oak Branch (C;Sw, Stream Index 18-74-18-1)where it crosses
SR 1707 Panther Creek Road in Duplin County. Crossing is located
approximately 0.38 miles south of NC 11. Lat:35.053042, Long:-
77.790635. Existing(2)36"x 50'CAPs to be replaced with (1)95"x
67"x 50'CAAP w/HW.Attached Pre-Filing package contains vicinity
map,aerial map,and field sheet with elevations of stream channel
obtained in the field.
