The proposed work and associated impacts are intended create a commercial site, while minimizing impacts to aquatic
resources. All disturbed areas will be immediately seeded upon completion (temporary & permanent seed + straw) and
stabilized.

All heavy equipment will be kept out of the stream during project construction. No hydraulic leaks will be tolerated on
