as Authorized Signatory for Perdue AgriBusiness LLC, North Carolina NPDES permits. This
authorization is in accordance with 15A NCAC 02T .0106. It is our request that the named individual for
delegation remain in place until such time a substitute authorization is submitted.
By making this designation of an aul$or9zed representative, 1 conirrrn that 1 am an Officer of the
Corporation with the authority to delegate signatory responsibility in this matter,
