In response-'fo tii`e Notice'of Violation received October 26, 2020, we have
replaced the following items (see attached photos & documents):
• Filter press textile material
• Catwalk decking around the filter press and sludge dryer
• Constructed a new roof over the lift station
• Replaced the sump cover in the ground water remediation building
Received pricing for replacing tanks from Mid -Carolina Supply, Inc. and issued a
PO for the new tanks. Tanks are due here in about 6 weeks at such time the
installation will occur.
