Air Quality and/or Groundwater concerns or hazardous waste utilized at this facility that may.impact water quality, air quality or groundwater? Air Quality concerns should be obtained regarding the burn off of digester gas from the anaerobic digesters. There are no known Groundwater concerns nor is there any known Hazardous waste utilized at this facility. 5. The WWTP is currently expanding from 3.0 MGD to 6.0 MGD. Phase I of the expansion process is under construction at the present time. Phase II of expansion will start shortly. The second downstream monitoring location is very difficult to access for the WWTP personnel. Downstream monitoring may need to be modified. If a residual chlorine limit is implemented, it is uncertain whether the WWTP could meet the limit without modification to the treatment process. This office recommends that the subject permit be renewed Signature of ReportPrreparer Date Water Quality REf4ional Supervisor D to D llwWffffr--K1 An x wil 0 t1n
