The proposed project includes the construction of a pad site for
future building construction with an associated access road. The
enclosed development plan proposes 0.0061-acres of permanent fill
impacts of jurisdictional wetlands and 127.86-LF of permanent
impacts to streams. Two rip -rap aprons are proposed with a total of
70-LF within the channel.
