DWQ received this project and fee on Friday 11/12/2010. 1 need clarification regarding the proposed impacts: On page
3 of 12 section 3e, it states "This request also seeks to obtain authorization for buffer and stream impacts associated
with the installation of the discharge structure for that new NPDES permitted outfall." However, the PCN only shows
buffer impacts on page 7 of 12 and no stream impacts on page 5 of 12.
Can you clarify this for me? If it is buffers only, then there is no fee involved and I would return the $240 check; if there
are stream impacts then the fee would stand providing it is under 150 linear feet. If there are stream impacts, please
supply one (1) original and four (4) copies of page 5 of 12.
