PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
I
The existing wastewater treatment facility is a 10,000 gpd septic
tank surface sand filter with effluent tablet chlorination and
tablet dechlorination. Last inspection (July 1, 1994) found the
facility to be operating in excellent condition.
It is recommended that the permit be issued with the existing
effluent limitations. The Chalet Mortor Lodge operates seasonaly
from mid -April through October.
NOTE: Th receiving stream is presently classified as WS-II waters
there has been a request to remove the water supply
classifi ation. A public hearing will be held within a year.
