I have finalized my review of the Year 4 Monitoring Report of the Old Savannah Mitigation Bank. By
copy of this email, this report is approved. Please provide DWR confirmation of Bond Renewal and
then I can proceed in issuance of the credit release. DWR will authorize a 25% reduction in the
current bond amount for this site.
