The home and driveway were placed as far from the stream and outside the riparian buffer as much as possible while adhering to building setbacks for the lot. Splash pads will be placed at each downspout to diffuse flow from these points. 1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques.* Orange tree protection fencing will be installed prior to construction to prevent impacting the buffer beyond the impact approved by the authorization.
