The proposed connection is a perpendicular crossing through the riparian buffer as
a 10'wide boardwalk on piers to minimize impacts.

BOARDWALK CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE
1.Clear vegetation by cutting at ground level(do not remove root structure)
2.Stake and locate boardwalk.
3.Begin installation of boardwalk @ edge of zone 2.
4.Construct one section of boardwalk including piers,beams,joists and decking.
5.Track onto newly built section of boardwalk with mini-excavator to install piers for
the next section of boardwalk.
6.Repeat steps 3&4 until boardwalk traverses through buffer zones 1 &2 as
shown on the construction drawings.
