There are five lift stations without telemetry. Daily visits of the pump stations are made by staff 7 days a week. Three of the pump stations were observed during this inspection with no issues noted. No violations of permit requirements or applicable regulations were observed during this inspection. These Regulations place significant operation, maintenance and reporting requirements on those entities that own or operate a wastewater collection system with average daily flows of less than 200,000 gallons per day. These regulations are applicable to your facility. This letter is provided as guidance to assist you in complying with the new reporting and operations and maintenance (O&M) requirements and to advise you that you are subject to system review, inspections and possible enforcement, if the system is not in compliance with the regulation. For your convenience and easy reference, a highlight of these requirements and the following guidance are offered (see enclosed).
