I have a few questions from this point: 1. Does this mean we can reduce the amount of mitigation we had originally proposed? 2. What is now our current timeframe for final approval from water quality? I again appreciate your time and help associated with this project. I need to know the sq footage of buffer impact for the pipe from the dry basin through the buffer. That's the only buffer impact that needs an authorization from us. It's labeled as Pipe P-1 on plan sheet page C-8.0. Thanks. -Amy Amy Chapman NC Division of Water Quality 401 /Wetlands Unit 2321 Crabtree Blvd, Suite 250 Raleigh, NC 27604 Phone: 919-715-6823 Fax: 919-733-6893 Website: httr)://r)orta1.ncdenr.ora/web/wa/swa/ws/401/rir)arianbuffers E-mail: amy.chaPman(a_ncdenr.pov E-mail correspondence to and from this address may be subject to the North Carolina Public Records Law and may be disclosed to third parties.
