The NC Division of Water Quality is in receipt of the stormwater management plans for the Project Expansion and
Fitness Facility for the above project. These plans were approved by the Town of Holly Springs and were conveyed to us
by your consultant, Jacobs Engineering.
These stormwater plans meet Condition Number 7 for Stormwater Management that is part of your 401 Certification
issued from this office on September 29, 2006 with the following exception: Copies of signed and notarized Operation
and Maintenance Agreement for the Wet Detention Pond and the Bioretention Cells was not provided. Please provide
copies of the signed and notarized Operation and Maintenance Agreements to this office as soon as possible.
