INJECTION-RELATED EQUIPMENT Attach a diagram showing the engineering layout of the injection equipment and exterior piping/tubing associated with the injection operation. Label all features clearly and include a north arrow. (2) location map referencing the site to two nearby permanent reference points (such as roads, streams and ·highway intersections). J.
