The DWQ has determined that your application is incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetland and streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive the additional information requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506 and 2B .0233(8) and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: Plans for 797 acres of upland development submitted to this Office on 11" by 16" plan sheet #02 (Job # 10080-02). It is necessary to provide this Office with a set of full size plan sheets including the follow items: • Detailed drawings of proposed bridge crossings Detailed drawings of all pipe crossings of wetlands should be provided. Plans should include cross section view of pipe placement and wetland elevation showing 20% pipe burial for aquatic passage during low flow conditions. Riprap placed at inlet or outlet of pipe structure for energy dissipation should be placed below wetland elevation and accounted for as wetland fill impacts. • Plans should clearly show property lot lines and delineated wetland lines. • It is necessary to provide this Office with plans for infiltration basins showing elevations, locations in relations to wetlands and soil profiles. A narrative should cover what anticipated impacts will the infiltration basins have on wetlands. • Areas of phased development should be indicated on plans. Please respond in writing to the DWQ within 30 days of receipt of this letter with the requested information. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we will assume that you no longer want to pursue this project and we will consider the project as withdrawn. This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ.
