inadequate for a project of this scope. It is necessary to provide this Office with a
set of full size plan sheets including the follow items:
• Detailed drawings of proposed bridge crossings
Detailed drawings of all pipe crossings of wetlands should be provided. Plans
should include cross section view of pipe placement and wetland elevation showing
20% pipe burial for aquatic passage during low flow conditions. Riprap placed at
inlet or outlet of pipe structure for energy dissipation should be placed below
wetland elevation and accounted for as wetland fill impacts.
• Plans should clearly show property lot lines and delineated wetland lines.
• It is necessary to provide this Office with plans for infiltration basins showing
elevations, locations in relations to wetlands and soil profiles. A narrative should
cover what anticipated impacts will the infiltration basins have on wetlands.
• Areas of phased development should be indicated on plans.
