As agents for the City of High Point, we are enclosing two copies of the Pre-Construction
Notification package in application for a Nationwide Permit 12 for the City Lake Raw Water
System Transmission Main Improvements project. This project includes replacing an existing
24-inch raw water pipeline with a new 24-inch ductile iron pipeline between the City Lake
Pumping Station and the Frank L. Ward Water Filtration Plant. The pipeline follows the existing
alignment which parallels and crosses an unnamed tributary of the Deep River.
This package includes the following:
• PCN Application Form and the required attachments including the wetlands delineation
report, photographs and location information
• Drawings of the seven creek crossings (Sheets B1 through BS) along with proposed
trench backfill and stabilization details (Sheet D1).
