The Corning Optical Communications facility located at 3180 Centre Park Blvd., Winston
Salem, NC currently operates under General Permit No. NCG030000, as evidenced by
Certificate of Coverage No. NCG030227. Corning -Winston Cable Plant (WCP) did not
have a discharge meeting the permit criteria for sampling during the month of November
2020.
