Summerhaven West Phase1 and 2 Construction Sequence: 

1. Obtain Post Construction Stormwater Permit for Summerhaven West Phase 1. 
2. Obtain Grading and Erosion Control Permit for Summerhaven West Phase 1. 
3. Construct Summerhaven West Phase 1 Lots and Roads. 
4. After Phase 1 is completed. Apply for the final permit and send As‐built plans for review. 
5. Once final permit is obtained, apply for the Post Construction Stormwater Permit for Phase 2.
