Per our discussion from earlier today I've attached a copy of the Year 1 (2010) Monitoring Report for the Butlers Branch
Buffer Mitigation Project. This project is for the City of Raleigh and our contract with the city requires that the DWQ
provide a letter stating that the project is in compliance with the Restoration Plan prior to invoicing the city.
Attached are two items for your review/records- a cover letter requesting this information and a copy of the monitoring
report.
