The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is received: 1. During a site visit conducted December 7, 2020, it was discussed and determined that a portion of the culvert proposed to be installed on the unnamed tributary of Sweeten Creek could be avoided. Please provide updated plans reflecting the reduction in impacts. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(a)(9) and 15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(2)] 2. Please confer with the US Army Corps of Engineers to determine the appropriate permit the proposed culvert impacts may be verified under and notify the Division of the determination. [15A NCAC 02H .0501(b)(2)] Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received by January 13, 2020, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be denied as incomplete. The denial of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application package and the appropriate fee.
