The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Manteo Collection
System on 12/02/2020. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in
compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCS00163.
The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the
inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".

Inspection Summary:
On Wednesday, December 2, 2020, Sarah Toppen and Victoria Herdt with the Division of Water Resources conducted an
inspection of the collection system with Josh O'Brien, present with the Town of Manteo.
The facility was in compliance the day of inspection and the ORC is doing a g000d job with operating the facility and keeping
up with the necessary paperwork.

Hamock Pump Station alarm light was not working the day of inspection but I spoke with Josh O'Brien after
