buffer impacts occurred in the Neuse River Basin. The amount of buffer mitigation required is specified
and verified by DWR in project #20-0597 and is 63,699.00 ft2. The Stone Creek site is providing
10,784.14 ft2 and the Selma Mill site is providing 52,914.86 ft2.

You must also comply with any other state, federal or local government permits, or authorization
associated with this activity including SL 2009-337, An Act to Promote Compensatory Mitigation
