The Town of Hillsborough is proposing the replacement of the
existing culverts on Valley Forge Road at Cates Creek.As part of the
replacement, a portion of sanitary sewer line will also have to be
slightly relocated. It is anticipated that impacts associated with the
project will require Section 404/401 permitting,as well as a riparian
buffer authorization.Attached are the draft permit drawings
associated with the project.
With the new riparian buffer rules, I wanted to get clarification on how
the sewer line relocation should be designated.
Please let me know if you would like to virtually meet to discuss this
project.
