Good afternoon — I saw that I'd made a link to the new COC for this project under Forestar. I remember now that this
project is on -going, and that the County would not have closed it out. I also remember now that Jason Rivenbark sent
me a copy of the deed
You only need to correct these two items and resubmit a new NOT request for this one:
1 - Fill out the NOT Certification form (attached) and include it with the new request
2 - Upload a copy of the deed (attached) with the new request
If you submit a new NOT request for this permit NCC190617 with these items, it can be approved.

The NOT Certification form was missing (instead the Certificate of Coverage was uploaded). The link to that
form is just below the upload button on the form. Also, no supporting documentation was included. For a sale, a
copy of the deed transferring title should be uploaded. If construction completed prior to sale, a close-out
inspection or a letter must be provided (the original E&SC was approved by Johnston County, JC 418-031-P);
contact the County for that. Please submit a new NOT request.
