I have included an updated site plan that includes details of the square footage of impact and the vegetation to be removed during the construction of the wooden-slatted deck in Zone 2 of the protected riparian buffer. I have also included an operation and maintenance agreement for the rain barrel to be utilized on Mr. Huff's property. The retaining wall shown on the site plan is a necessary structure designed to prevent disturbance in Zone 1 of the riparian buffer. If this structure is not installed, the natural topography is such that grading would be required in Zone 1 of the riparian buffer due to elevation differences from the finished floor elevation of the residence and natural ground.
