The General Permit(GP)31 expired on 4/30/2020 and can be found at
https://xfer.services.ncdot.gov/pdea/Permissued/I-

The project will not be completed prior to 4/30/2021.This is a request for re-issuance as a GP 50(SAW
2015-01934)due to the USACE redefining the General Permits.
USFWS concurrence was received on 4/30/2019 for federally threatened or endangered species for this
project. Biological conclusions for these species remain valid in accordance with the previous application.
Additionally a re-survey was performed on 11/6/2020 to update the Michaux's sumac(Rhus michauxii)survey.
No Michaux's sumac were found and the biological conclusion remains No Effect. Information was forwarded
via email to Gary Jordan (USFWS)on 11/13/2020.
We are hereby requesting a re-issuance for a GP 50.
