Tamera,
I just got off the phone with Rick Holland, he is APAC Atlantic's main contact that I received from Tony Johnson, who is
Vulcan's main contact for WSRO.
Mr. Holland explained to me that APAC submitted the DMR under the wrong permit number, and they are working on
resubmitting it by Monday (12/21) or Tuesday (12/22). According to Mr. Holland, APAC moved plants about ten years
ago, and that might be the reason for the mix-up.
Please let me know if you need anything else.
Thank you,

Good morning.
While uploading DMRs through LaserFiche, NCG160135 is having a DMR uploaded. According to BIMS, this permit was
rescinded in 2010.
I've looked at the Active Permit Map, and the closest dot is NCG020082 Vulcan Construction Materials North Quarry.

I'm wondering if APAC Atlantic Inc —Winston Salem Plant (42405) has been operating without a permit for 11 years.
What process needs to be followed? Is this email to Tamara enough to launch an inspection or call to Facility?
