The forthcoming PCN will include a request for Nationwide Permit 12
associated with the proposed Sam Furr Senior Apartments site on 2.4
acres north of Sam Furr Road near it's intersection with Birkdale
Commons Parkway. There is one wetland in the sewer easement
area and no aquatic resources on site.

Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
