We wish to revitalize the 70 feet of shoreline on our property at the
above address by reshaping the approximately 3 ft high bank to a 35-
45 degree bank by installing GEO-TECH FABRIC by stapling it to the
bank and lay 1 foot thick bed of class B RIP -RAP to existing bank

• Access to the rear of property via land will be necessary for material delivery.
• Customers will grant us access to their property. In the event we need access through the client's property to ferry
materials, equipment and men to the jobsite, while we will do our best to minimize any damage to the lawn and landscaping,
it will be client's responsibility to repair any of those damages.
**Lyfe Marine, Inc, is not responsible for damage caused by unforeseen conditions. Including: Damage caused during
trenching to sod, Dirt, Dirt loss, Sprinklers (heads, control wiring, valves, valve boxes, piping), Cable TV, Electrical
