Ms Lyod here are the coordinates for Wells 4,7 they are definitely more than 10 feet inside property line
and both are inside the fence line.

Thank you so much for the clarification in the information actually needed. That is very helpful.
Randy Armstrong has walked the property and believes the marking for well #4 is off on your site. He
will mark and confirm all lat and long as requested and will also send our google earth view. All three
wells are inside our property lines.
As to the lagoon. The liner appears to be concrete.
Once the well locations are established properly, could you review the letter and let us know if there is
anything further you need from us or that you need us to do?

Good afternoon Mr. Pierce,

To follow up on our conversation from Friday, I looked further into the site map requirements
and 15A NCAC 02T .0105(d) states "Application packages for renewals shall include updated site plans, if
required as part of the original submittal." Since your facility was permitted in the early 80's you do not
need to submit a site map. Site maps did not become a requirement for new or modified facilities until
September 1, 2006.
Here are the coordinates for the monitoring wells we have on file for the Ahoskie Assisted Living
Facility, along with a site map. MW-4 and MW-7 appear to be located on property not owned by JOR
Enterprises. To improve the accuracy of the monitoring well locations, please provide the coordinates
for all three monitoring wells to the 6th decimal place.
MW-4 Active, 36.268,-77.0319
MW-5 Active ,36.267,-77.0299
MW-7 Active, 36.2664,-77.0297
Additionally, if you have information on the liner type in the lagoon please provide that
information.
