This lot is currently undeveloped. This property is Iocated within the Mimosa Bay subdivision. The adjacent riparian properties are also undeveloped. The elevation of the adjacent high ground of the parcel is approximately 5' above the normal high water level (NHL). Vegetation on the parcel mainly consists of lawn grasses and woody shrubs. There are Coastal Wetlands within the project area mainly consisting of Spartina alternflora. The parcel has 110' of continuous shoreline along Alligator Bay. Immediate offshore water depths adjacent to the parcel range from —1.2' to 2.1' normal low water. The subaqueous substrate is soft with shell. This proposal is not located near a Federal Channel. There is not a cultural resource in the project area. This waterbody is approximately 1,888' across at this location. These estuarine waters are classified as a Primary Nursery Area.
