Enclosed you will find the report for the compliance inspection. The attached inspection report should be self-explanatory. The facility was found to be in compliance with the permit. Wastewater treatment grade chlorine tablets are to be used for this type of facility. High-test calcium hypochlorite containing 65% - 75% available chlorine is recommended for wastewater treatment. Do not use stabilized chlorine tablets or any chlorine products that contain fungicides, algaecides, or other disinfectants. The permit is scheduled to expire on May 31, 2021. Please submit the permit renewal application no later than, 180 days before the permit expiration date. It was observed that there are several holes and a broken window in the WWT pump house building. The holes in the siding and window appear to be the result of someone firing a weapon at the building. This facility is required by the Section III Item 9 [15A NCAC 02T .0505(d)] of the permit to be secured. Public access to the irrigation sites and wastewater treatment facilities shall be prohibited.
