Subject: RE: Sanford plant
Hello Cyndi;
I did do a delineation on September 16, 2009, for this project with Hazen and Sawyer (project
consultants) and during the delineation I mentioned the upcoming changes regarding mitigating
for intermittent stream for DWQ. I couldn't remember the policy start date, and suggested
that they check with you or Ian for detailed information - or check the web for the Notice.
Hope this helps,
Monte

Monte - Ian advised me of your conversation at the meeting today. Would you be able/willing
to drop me a short email confirming that you reminded them to submit their application in
time to meet the kick-in deadline for our intermittent stream mitigation policy? Thanks for
listening.
