A permit modification has been submitted for increasing the Spray Irrigation application amount This request is currently under review. The permit modification also includes doubling the flow to the lagoon. The permittee is planning on installing an influent flow meter to aid with monitoring the volume of flow entering the lagoon. The permittee needs to increase flow to the lagoon and increase the application volume to the dedicated application fields. The MRO is suggesting the permittee consider adding more acreage for spray irrigation. It is not unusual to have spray irrigation in wooded areas. The additional application fields should provide relief for the permittee to keep the lagoon volume to a level that will accept additional inflow.
