the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the
receiving wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to
cause any capacity related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station
en route to the receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation
of the planned improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This

Attached are the modified fast track permit and as -built drawings showing the changes In design and
construction. The original route of the sewer to supply the corner lot (outparcel) was to come down the
shoulder of Jones Lake Road. The contractor encountered an electrical duct bank and when faced with the
additional costs of the roadway repair the developer opted to amend the CD's and route the sewer through the
back of the site. They installed the sewer at their at their own risk. It has been installed per code and
Inspected. It only serves the corner lot (outparcel) that has not been developed and remains unused. Total
allocation remains unchanged with this modification.
Best regards,
Spencer
