The original route of the sewer to supply the corner lot (outparcel) was to come down the shoulder of Jones Lake Road. The contractor encountered an electrical duct bank and when faced with the additional costs of the roadway repair the developer opted to amend the CD's and route the sewer through the back of the site. They installed the sewer at their at their own risk. It has been installed per code and Inspected. It only serves the corner lot (outparcel) that has not been developed and remains unused. Total allocation remains unchanged with this modification. Best regards, Spencer COPY TO: — SIGNED: spencer B. Terry III PE __ Carolina Land Development Group, Inc.
