Examples of illicit discharges:
* Motor oil dumped into a catch basin
* Grass and leaf clippings
* Wash water runoff from a commercial car wash
Excessive antifreeze or oil spilling from a car
* Paint spill
* Detergents/Cleaning fluids
PIPES discharging anythingother than stormwater into the
stormwater drainage system or directly into water bodies
Examples:
5 PVC pipe draining from a washing machine
• Wastewater pipe connected into a storm drain
