As part of our eDMR registration, we reviewed the database information associated with the Insteel Wire Products
Company facility covered by permit NCS000346 and found that the billing contact needs to be updated.
I have attached a redlined copy of the Permit Summary Report for the facility reflecting the new billing contact (Manuel
Camacho-Gongora) and his information. New information is in red; old information is struck through. The other changes
have been submitted to Suzanne under separate cover.
