Thanks for taking the time to speak with me last Friday, Nov 131". Based on the three remedial
options given with the NOV, below, the Client will be performing #3.
Remedial Action Requested: In order to resolve this violation, the following options are
available.
1) Apply for an after -the fact DA authorization
2) Restore the affected area to pre -impact conditions
3) A combination of after -the fact authorization and restoration
As we discussed we are in the process of submitting an AJD, and will begin the PCN for an after
—the-fact Permitting NW 27 (Restoration) and NW 18 ( minor discharges) this week.
Mr. Mairs. Will we need to submit the 30 day—prefilingmeeting application requests since we
have already met on -site to discuss the project?
