permit under North Carolina GS.87-1(b)(2) as an ‘owner contractor’, that I MUST be present for all inspections
performed. I further understand that all inspection requests are to be made by me or my agent. Lastly, I
understand that this permit will become null and void 6 months (180 days) from the date issued if work on the
project has not started; or if any time during the project, work is abandoned for a period of 12 months (365 days).
