Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on December 17, 2020. James
Hutchins, Richard Evans, and Justin Woody were present during the inspection. The following are items that need
attention:
- ~ Station L 24+50 L - Add groundcover above headwall. Maintain check above SDO.
- ~ Station Y 479+00 R - Maintain better seal of pump hose into stilling basin.
- ~ Station 12+50 (East bound on ramp) - Add stone to silt fence outlet
- ~ Station 13+00 (East bound on ramp) - Silt fence exceeding capacity. Fix rill on slope.
- ~ Station 14+50 - 16+00 (East bound on ramp)- Cover needed on slopes above culvert outlet.
- ~ Station 14+00 (East bound off ramp)- Add stone to checks in lateral base ditch leading to JS.
