subdivision proposed to meet demand for housing in the area. The
+/-37.25-acre project is located +/- 500 feet west of the intersection
of Norwood Road and Raven Rock Drive in Wake County, Raleigh,
NC. The coordinates of 35.9404°N, 78.6559°W generally correspond
to the center of the Site.

Carolina or the most recent copy of the USGS Topographic map at a 1:24.000 scale. Each feature that is checked
