The South Tar River Greenway Phase III Project plans have been modified since the issuance of the 404/401
Permit Approvals and Buffer Authorization (USACE SAW 2013-00063; DWR# 12-1055). Plans were modified
in one location (Buffer Impact Site 15)due to a portion of the site that has significantly eroded since the
project was permitted.The project design plans were revised in order to avoid compromising the future
greenway.These changes resulted in a net decrease in the previously authorized buffer impacts.
