We are currently working with Mungo Homes on a 96-acre property located at 5901 Raynor Road in Garner, Wake
County. Based on the information obtained by our client, Timmons Group submitted a JD Request in July 2018 (see
attached). Can you please check your files and see if the Timmons' delineation was field verified and also if a JD was
issued? I know you can't release any of the documentation due to FOIA, but I'm trying to figure out if we need to
conduct a new delineation or not and avoid wasting our time and the client's money if a JD has already been issued.
If the JD has been issued, or at least the delineation field verified, we'll work with the property owner to request this
information.
