Dear Mr. McMillan:
In regards to your letter dated September 28, 2010 for the above referenced project,
Johnston County requests a 45 day extension to provide the additional information. The
owner of one of the parcels that would have been impacted by the proposed route has.
asked the county to reconsider the alignment of the water transmission line. We are
currently redesigning a portion of the proposed project in an attempt to satisfy the request
of the property owner. As a result of the new proposed alignment, buffer, stream, and
wetland impacts may change.
