I will be happy to look at it, but approval will likely need to come from whoever required the mitigation. I haven't gotten anything from EBX yet. I talked to Norton and he is having that information prepared. Adam forwarded you a technical proposal a while ago for review and we got your preliminary approval. We are going to be completing a "mitigation plan" for the project as well, but before we begin the survey there are some small changes to the project boundary from the technical proposal that I wanted to get reviewed. Restoration Systems will hopefully have its contract with the City completed and be able to begin work on the project shortly. I know Adam and you may have talked briefly about this, but I was wondering who we need to submit the Mitigation Plan to at DWQ for final approval, whether it is going to be you or someone else? Also, I'm not sure if I asked specifically, but in case I didn't could you give me an update on the EBX ledger of sold and available credits when it becomes available? Thanks, Barrett
