Subject: Butlers Branch Nitrogen Abatement Project for City of Raleigh
As part of the contract between Restoration Systems and the City of Raleigh, RS is to assign the conservation easement
for the Butlers Branch Nitrogen Abatement project to a qualified holder approved by DWQ.
RS plans to assign the conservation easement to the North Carolina Wildlife Habitat Foundation:
http://www.ncwhf.org/ with a suitable endowment for the long term stewardship of the easement. RS has used the
NCWHF for projects in the past.
At your earliest convenience please let me know if DWQ approves of the proposed assignment of the conservation
easement for the Butlers Branch project.
